Job summary

Seminole Electric is seeking a SHCCF Supervisor of Maintenance in Spring Hill, FL to lead corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance across the facility. You will supervise craft and contract personnel, coordinate with operations, and uphold safety and environmental procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma with 5 years of maintenance experience in a power plant and 2 years in supervision; associate degree preferred. OSHA/NERC knowledge and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a maintenance craft at a combined cycle facility.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience preferred.
• Combustion turbine power generation maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Ensures proper issuances of spare parts and equipment.
• Provides a safe and productive work environment for team members.
• Clearly communicates maintenance-related work to appropriate departments.
• Determines and implements required employee training programs.
• Writes maintenance-related procedures using manuals, drawings, vendor manuals, etc.
• Ensures and maintains equipment, tools, and work areas in orderly condition.
• Monitors work to ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Executes maintenance schedules and assignments for SECI craft and contract employees.
• Provides on-call support for maintenance issues.
• Participates in safety briefings and ensures compliance with OSHA, environmental, and NERC requirements.
