Job summary

Seminole Electric is seeking a SHCCF Supervisor of Maintenance in Spring Hill, FL to lead maintenance activities at the SHCCF. You will oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely work orders.

Responsibilities include coordinating training, writing procedures, and supervising outages and major projects with SECI craft and contract staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or technical training preferred.
• Five years’ maintenance experience at a combined cycle facility.
• Two years in a supervisory role preferred; combustion turbine experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental standards.
• Familiarity with NERC Reliability Standards and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and performs corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
• Implements preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensures safe, productive work environment and proper spare parts issuance.
• Writes maintenance procedures from manuals, drawings, vendor manuals, and other applicable information.
• Coordinates training for personnel and assigns work.
