Qualifications

• Requires 8 years of experience in a power plant maintenance, engineering or operations environment.
• Positional or informal leadership experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple primary duties listed is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise maintenance staff for gas turbines, HRSGs, and balance of plant.
• Ensure safe operation within design and regulatory limits.
• Monitor equipment performance and optimize reliability and availability.
• Lead maintenance decisions during routine and outage conditions.
• Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans with cross-functional teams.
