Job summary

CAMS in Milton, Florida is seeking an Instrumentation Controls and Electrical Technician responsible for maintenance and repair of instruments and electrical systems in the power plant. This role requires extensive experience with DCS and PLC systems, and the ability to manage high voltage electrical maintenance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Instrument Technician Program and two years of related experience.
• Experience with DCS, GE Mark VI turbine controls, and Allen Bradley PLCs required.
• Ability to work with voltages up to 4160 V is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs instrument and control system malfunctions.
• Installs new electrical equipment as required.
• Plans and manages the execution of outage projects.
