Job summary

Bluedot BPO Solutions seeks an Instrumentation & Controls Commissioning Technician for an on-site power generation project in Lathrop, Missouri. Take assigned systems from construction through startup and turnover to the client. This contract runs from November 2, 2026, through April 2, 2027, at 50 hours per week.

Travel support includes $120/day per diem, plus $500 mobilization and $500 demobilization. Must have power plant startup experience in I&C.

Qualifications

• Power plant startup experience in I&C is required.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and controls systems for power plants.

Responsibilities

• Verify plant equipment complies with project contract and specs.
• Assist in developing startup packages and track documentation.
• Maintain a detailed startup schedule and plan milestones.
• Manage turnover from construction to startup to operations.
• Run programs for spares, consumables, and deficiency lists.
• Complete system walkdowns to confirm completion status.
• Lead as primary contact for assigned plant systems during startup.
• Follow safety and quality standards; individual contributor.
