Job summary

Evergy is hiring a Building and Grounds Helper at the Jeffrey Energy Center in St Mary’s, KS. The role covers janitorial and basic maintenance for building and grounds, operating in a noisy industrial plant with PPE provided and rotating shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Building & Grounds Helper will be responsible for building and grounds janitorial and basic maintenance functions.
• Work in and around a coal-fired power plant environment with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Wear PPE and follow safety and operational procedures.
