Job summary

Oak Grove Management Co LLC seeks a Plant Operator for our Franklin, Texas facility. You will be responsible for the safe, reliable operation of plant equipment and the generating unit, while performing mechanical and electrical maintenance duties as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and relevant experience in coal-fired, super-critical environments, with preference for POSS/MASS program candidates and prior plant work experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years' experience in coal fired super-critical power plant environment preferred.
• 3 years industrial plant experience required.
• POSS / MASS exams are administered by HR and communications sent to candidate email.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment safely and efficiently. Manage the generating unit performance.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks as required.
