Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers (mechanical, electrical, civil, I&C).
• Drive the safe, efficient execution of capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure plant reliability, compliance, and long‑range technical planning.
• Support financial oversight of multi‑million‑dollar engineering and construction budgets.
• Serve as the connection point between technical teams, operations leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
