Project Resource Collective seeks a Project Quality Manager for a power plant construction project. Lead development of the Project Quality Plan, oversee quality programs, and coordinate with production, safety, and trade partners to embed quality into construction processes.

Your role includes auditing, NCR management, and ensuring documentation compliance with contract requirements and client standards. On-site leadership will drive continuous improvement and defect prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a quality management role, including at least 3 years of applying quality principles and tools.
• Associate’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Understanding Built-in Quality principles: standard work, defect prevention, countermeasures, zero defects, 100% passing inspections.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan and project-specific quality programs per contract and standards.
• Monitor effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System and guide site teams to improve quality results.
• Communicate quality requirements to teams, subcontractors, and vendors; review and approve subcontractors’ quality plans.
