Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry or other field of science with a minimum of 12 semester hours in Chemistry required.
• This position requires call-out and overtime and works 10-hour shifts on a rotating day/weekend/evening schedule.
• Must qualify on the EEI Technician Occupations Selection System [TECH] test.

Responsibilities

• Daily, weekly, and monthly testing of water and wastewater streams.
• Chemical drawdowns and regeneration of demineralized resin.
• Order and inventory lab reagents; input data for monthly reporting.
• RO cleans and filter backwashes in water treatment systems.
• Analyzer troubleshooting and QA/QC for laboratory equipment and analyses.
