Job summary

The successful candidate will operate and maintain equipment, participate in training, and adhere to safety and environmental standards while supporting the union workforce.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in electrical, instrument, mechanical, or power plant related field.
• Or 2 years of operations experience in power generation with high school diploma or GED.
• Or 2 years of power plant/industrial maintenance experience with high school diploma or GED.
• Or 2 years of related military experience with high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Monitor generation equipment and follow standards for inspection.
• Operate plant equipment using procedures and DS controls; ensure safety.
• Update procedures and participate in training.
• Provide on-the-job training and assist with tasks as directed.
