Williams is seeking an experienced Engineer II–Senior Engineer to support the development of power generation, energy storage, utility infrastructure, and emerging energy projects from concept through execution. You will work with engineering, commercial, operations, and business teams to deliver innovative energy solutions in line with Williams' growth strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
- 2+ years of engineering experience required.
- 4+ years of progressive engineering experience preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive engineering experience for senior track preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support development of power generation, energy storage, utility infrastructure, and emerging energy projects from concept through execution.
- Develop conceptual designs, basis-of-design documents, project schedules, execution strategies, and capital cost estimates.
- Perform technical and economic evaluations to support project screening and investment decisions.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, environmental, regulatory, and construction teams.
- Lead portions of development projects and manage multiple priorities.
