Job summary

United Rentals in Wisconsin is seeking a Power HVAC Mechanic (Service Tech II) to maintain and repair diesel engines, HVAC systems, and dehumidification equipment on a range of rental assets. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and demonstrate equipment to customers.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, solid diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
• Complete service documentation.
• Occasional travel to customer sites.
• Demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
