Job summary

Resilient Energy Solutions in Holden, LA is seeking a Power/HVAC Technician to perform maintenance and repair of diesel engines, HVAC systems, and related equipment at customer sites. You will document service activities, travel locally up to 20%, and demonstrate equipment to customers while delivering reliable, safety-conscious service.

You will need a High School diploma and 1–2 years' experience with diesel engines or HVAC equipment, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines or HVAC equipment.
• Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, pneumatic and other systems.
• Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Own the tools applicable to position.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to frequently lift items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools.
• Responsible for service documentation.
• Travel to customer sites.
• Demonstrate equipment for customers.
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
