Job summary

Bemana, LLC is seeking a Power HVAC Mechanic to maintain and repair diesel engines, HVAC systems, and dehumidification/air purification equipment for a leading equipment rental provider. The role emphasizes safe, professional service and strong customer interactions.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of experience with diesel engines or HVAC systems, plus basic diagnostic and reading of schematics. Travel to customer sites is required, and growth into higher-level technician roles is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing diesel engines and/or HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and minor repairs on diesel engines, HVAC systems, and air quality equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on rental and customer equipment
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely
• Travel occasionally to customer sites to support equipment service needs
• Demonstrate equipment operation and functionality to customers
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery as needed
• Provide high-quality customer service in all interactions
