Responsibilities

• Oversee Power Group operations, ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded.
• Lead Area Leads, Project Directors, and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement Talent PDP processes and staff development within the Power Group.
• Ensure quality management programs are followed and continuous improvement is pursued.
• Drive growth initiatives and maintain active engagement with key clients.
