• Develop growth plans and manage business development budgets for the Power Group.
• Collaborate with the CBDO and Marketing to implement growth processes.
• Drive technology innovation and strategic growth initiatives in Power Group.
• Represent Wade Trim with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders; travel as needed.
