Job summary

Mesa Power Solutions is hiring a Generator Technician, Service Operations in the United States. The role focuses on repair and maintenance of natural gas-powered generators, developing maintenance programs, and documenting procedures to uphold Mesa standards across field offices.

You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on improvements, while ensuring safe, professional service and strong customer interactions. A technical background and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Vocational/Technical degree with an engine or mechanical focus preferred.
• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services on Mesa units per standard.
• Maintain records of service/repair tasks and parts used.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve promptly.
• Provide superior customer service.
• Follow service checklists to ensure unit readiness.
