Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Power-Generation Equipment Repairer to maintain tactical power-generation sets and related equipment, ensuring reliable power for missions day and night.

You will receive 10 weeks of basic training and about 12 weeks of technical schooling, with paid instructions, tuition assistance, and the chance to earn while you learn while serving part-time. This role also offers a clear path to civilian power and electrical work after service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a high school graduate or GED.
• Must be willing to enlist in Army National Guard.
• Physical exam and legal/moral standards apply.
• Citizenship requirements per NATIONALGUARD.com.
• Military training required.
