Job summary

DC Army National Guard seeks a Power-Generation Equipment Repairer to maintain and repair mobile power systems supporting Army operations. You will work on generation equipment, diesel engines, and related components to ensure reliability.

Training is part of the path: 10 weeks Basic Training and about 12 weeks Advanced Individual Training, with paid, on-the-job learning and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• Maintenance on power-generation sets and related equipment.
• Learn to adjust frequencies and voltages per technical publications.
• Prepare for and perform preventive maintenance on electrical power systems.
