Job summary

PROPWR seeks a Power Generation Technician to support our deployed assets and in-house facilities. You will install, repair, maintain, and diagnose PROPWR equipment, collaborating with operators and other technicians to prevent downtime.

The role requires at least 1 year of similar experience, familiarity with CAT G3520 and Solar SMT60 packages preferred, and proficiency in CAT ET. A valid driver’s license is essential, with strong communication and time-management skills for a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Proficient user of CAT ET and other diagnostic software.
• Fundamental understanding of power generators, engines, and control systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional interaction at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with operators and technicians for diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Uses wiring schematics and technical manuals to repair and calibrate instrumentation and control hardware.
• Documents work performed and parts used in the CMMS system.
• Adheres to HSE policies, attends training, and uses PPE; maintains housekeeping and safety practices.
