Foley Industries, Inc. is seeking a Power Solutions Sales Rep to promote Caterpillar power generation equipment in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas.

The role focuses on growing the dealership’s market share with end users, contractors and engineers, using CRM tools to analyze opportunities and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a BS in electrical or mechanical engineering, five+ years of electrical sales experience, and strong technical knowledge of generator applications.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Five+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of generator applications and power systems.
• Forecasting, order management, and inventory control experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in the assigned territory using CRM.
• Plan and execute sales calls to grow opportunities.
• Maintain territory efficiently and manage expenses.
• Build professional relationships with customers, contractors and engineers.
• Prepare technical presentations and marketing analyses.
• Attend meetings and trainings; report forecasts and data.
• Travel for training or to support other locations.
