Responsibilities

• Assist project leads with management and budget approvals, including drafting project requests, cost estimates and analyses.
• Monitor and analyze project performance; develop and maintain schedules; track cost status and forecasts.
• Maintain project documentation and records per guidelines; manage order groups from inception to closure.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and alert team to corrective actions; provide milestone updates for decisions.
• Prepare status reports, spreadsheets, and project databases; suggest improvements to systems.
