Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in power generation.
• 5+ years of experience for managers in power generation.
• Experience leading client-facing teams and building effective business strategies.
• Familiarity with nuclear sector and AI/digital twins.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative efforts between Accenture and clients to design and implement transformative business applications in the power generation and nuclear industry.
• Shape and execute strategies to address process applications or integration gaps, translating them into actionable programs and projects.
• Oversee application, process, and functional design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry standards.
• Define and refine functional requirements to guide the application design process.
• Lead the development and testing of functional designs for innovative business solutions and components.
• Manage the implementation of applications, data conversion strategies, and test planning and execution.
• Help to support new business development initiatives, including marketing, proposal creation, and client presentations.
