Job Overview

We are seeking a Generation Engineer to join our team in Wisconsin. This role involves plant engineering, project management, and supporting the operation, maintenance, and capital improvements of power generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engineering studies to optimize the operation and maintenance of generation assets and prepare detailed reports.
  • Provide technical support for operations analysis and troubleshooting maintenance issues.
  • Recommend, plan, and manage engineering projects at company-operated generation plants.
  • Deliver engineering expertise for equipment such as generators, transformers, breakers, relays, motors, VFDs, inverters, batteries, sensors, and control systems.
  • Assist in developing annual capital and O&M budgets for generation facilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team environment and support colleagues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong coordination and time management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
