Powersecure-Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician (hiring req) to assemble power generation equipment including generators, enclosures, energy storage units, and PECs.

The role involves wiring, termination of load cables, and mounting components per engineering drawings and torque specifications. Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing, field service, or construction within the energy sector, read tolerances to 1/16 of an inch, and proficiency with crimping tools, multimeters,

Formación

• Read/interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Read measuring devices to 1/16 inch.
• Electrical/controls wiring and terminations experience preferred.
• Proficient in using hand tools and test equipment (crimping, stripping, multimeter).

Responsabilidades

• Assemble electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies per drawings and BOMs.
• Wire controls and house power, terminate wiring and labels.
• Mount genset on skid and install related components with correct torque.
• Install exhaust parts and braces, complete cable runs and harnesses.
• Troubleshoot, drill and tap holes, and assist with integration and training of new associates.
• Collaborate with team to align priorities for efficient assembly operations.
