Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience with electrical systems.
• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Utility-scale inverter and power electronics experience.
• Ability to work with operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine troubleshooting guides for fault codes across inverter technologies.
• Create fault code databases and Do Not Reset lists.
• Use AI to generate troubleshooting guides and apply engineering principles to datasets.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Solar Inverter Fleet Team, ROCC, and CWE.
• Complete process-improvement tasks with broad goals and constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and OEMs on technical project matters.
