Job summary

Entergy seeks a Project Engineering Intern to support the management and coordination of technical aspects of new power generation capital projects. You will work with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are complete, accurate, and constructible, while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

This onsite internship requires active enrollment in an engineering program, with a GPA of 2.8 or higher, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, including Owners

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelors, masters or doctorate in Engineering, Engineering Technologies, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.
• Must be a rising junior or beyond at the time of hire.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 (4.0 scale) with official transcript.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day project management activities.
• Support coordination of engineering design, drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are complete and actionable.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines on all projects.
• Assist in Records of Decision and turnover documentation as needed.
