Responsibilities

• Process all work orders for customer repairs.
• Service and repair Stihl power equipment, esp. 2-cycle handheld units.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and tools.
• Complete all warranty paperwork promptly.
• Coordinate parts for work orders and communicate needs.
• Finish service work in a timely manner.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Assist in equipment sales when needed.
