Job summary

KIMPS ACE HARDWARE seeks a full-time Power Equipment Sales Associate to provide exceptional service to customers in Green Bay, WI. You will greet customers, write service orders, and assist with gas and battery outdoor power equipment sales.

Strong communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to lift up to 50 pounds are required. Weekend rotation is expected; previous customer service experience is a plus. Join our community-focused hardware store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willing to work on a weekend rotation (every other Saturday).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Must possess the ability to stay on task & complete work in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow company policies.
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team member.
• Strong phone communication skills.
