Job summary

Kimps Ace Hardware in Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Power Equipment Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service. You will greet customers in a friendly, professional manner, write up service orders, and assist with gas and battery outdoor power equipment sales, including Milwaukee product lines.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer skills.
• Willing to work on a weekend rotation (every other Saturday).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Must possess the ability to stay on task & complete work in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to follow company policies.
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred).
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers and team member.
• Strong phone communication skills.
