Kelvion Inc. is seeking a Data Center Quality Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and continuous improvement of our Data Center Power Network Modules.

You will gatekeep hardware quality at the intersection of power design, hardware engineering, and mass production. From NPI through mass production and field reliability tracking, you will drive CAPA, collaborate with suppliers, and define robust qualification and test plans to validate performance under stress.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 5+ years in product quality or hardware reliability.
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma credentials preferred.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CAPA using 8D and 5-Why methods.
• Coordinate with SQE to monitor supplier quality and issue SCARs.
• Establish QC systems, variation limits, and SPC for power assembly lines.
• Define qualification strategies and tests for power modules.
• Lead DFMEA and PFMEA activities.
