Qualifications

B.S.E. in EE/ME or related field.
5+ years in product management for power/thermal solutions.
Strong grasp of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC) and thermal management tech.

Responsibilities

Champion products internally and externally with sales, applications, channels, and customers.
Define market needs and GTM strategies to achieve business results.
Build relationships with executive leadership, engineering, sales, and global teams.
Lead innovation and influence industry direction through trade events and partnerships.
Guide lifecycle adoption and market growth in North America.
Support industrial customers in HVACR, food & beverage, logistics, and other growing markets.
