Nextpower is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to lead manufacturing engineering activities with contract manufacturers in Mesa, AZ, hybrid as required. You will establish repeatable, scalable production processes for power electronics, supporting prototypes through production ramp and continuous improvement.

You will develop assembly processes, tooling, fixtures, work instructions, testing methods, and comprehensive manufacturing documentation to ensure quality and efficient

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years progressive manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience developing and improving assembly processes for power electronics.
• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value-stream improvement, and waste reduction.
