Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with focus on power electronics or power conversion.
• Hands-on experience with high-power conversion systems (kW→MW) and lab validation.
• Strong foundation in design, testing, and system-level optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate high-power conversion systems for data centers and infrastructure (kW→MW).
• Lead topology trade-offs, efficiency optimization, and thermal/EMI analyses.
• Perform hands-on lab bring-up, testing, and debugging; develop reference designs.
