Quest Global in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a hands-on Power Electrical Engineer to join our hardware team focused on power supply and power delivery. You will bring up, test, and characterize power circuits in a fast-moving lab environment.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with power electronics, measurement instruments, and data logging to support engineering validation.

Competenze

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Understanding of power electronics fundamentals (DC-DC converters, regulators).
• Ability to read schematics and use standard lab instruments.

Mansioni

• Perform bench bring-up, testing, and characterization of power supply circuits and rails.
• Benchmark efficiency, regulation, ripple, transient response, and thermal behavior.
• Measure battery, charging, and power-delivery behavior across operating conditions.
• Set up lab equipment including SMUs, DAQ, scopes, and programmable power supplies.
• Build and maintain test fixtures, cabling, sense/Kelvin connections, and bench setups for power measurement.
• Document test procedures and generate clear efficiency curves and reports.
