Ideal candidates will document results clearly, develop reusable test procedures, and communicate progress and risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on hardware development and lab debugging experience.
• Experience reading schematics and supporting bring-up.
• Experience developing test procedures and documenting results.
• Strong communication across disciplines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support design, bring-up, and validation of electronic hardware from concept through verification.
• Develop and execute test plans; bench testing, debug, and root-cause analysis.
• Document designs, requirements, validation results, and engineering changes clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support milestones and deliverables.
• Assist with component selection, schematic/layout reviews, and design-for-test considerations.
• Provide status updates on deliverables and risks; support issue tracking.
