Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer in the Greater Boston area for a full-time role. You will design and develop advanced power electronics, embedded systems, and FPGA/microprocessor hardware, influencing products from concept to production.

Ideal candidates have a BSEE (MSEE preferred), 3+ years in hardware design, and hands-on lab experience with test gear. The team emphasizes collaboration, practical problem-solving, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSEE required; MSEE preferred.
• 3+ years of hardware/electrical design experience.
• Strong background in power electronics.
• Experience designing PWM amplifiers and power supplies.
• Embedded programming experience with microprocessors and/or FPGAs.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTSpice.
• Hands-on lab experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators, and power analyzers.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
