- Design and develop 40–100 kW soft‑switching converters and multi‑level converters up to 2000 VDC.
- Develop 100–200 kW grid‑tie inverters and four‑quadrant power conversion systems.
- Perform power electronics design including schematics, PCB layout, magnetics, thermal design, component selection, modeling, and DFM.
- Work with power topologies including LLC, Phase‑Shifted Full Bridge, Flyback, Forward, Multilevel Converters, and PFC.
- Apply ZVS/ZCS and other soft‑switching techniques.
- Model and simulate power designs using PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, and SPICE.
- Support digital control development using DSPs, FPGAs/PLDs, and embedded software.
- Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, thermal, test, and validation teams.
- Perform system‑level debugging and resolve issues from architecture through laboratory testing and validation.
- Ensure product reliability under demanding electrical and environmental conditions.
- Support regulatory, compliance, and industry‑standard requirements.
