Job summary

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of advanced power electronics for Solid State Transformer applications in datacenters. The role includes driving architecture, roadmap, and research initiatives while mentoring teams and enhancing development processes.

You will work across the full product lifecycle, collaborating with international teams and customers to accelerate electrification and improve energy efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience with Solid State Transformer concepts for data center or high-power applications.
Strong electronics architecture and design expertise (analog/digital).
Capability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive development processes.

Responsibilities

Develop Solid State Transformers for Datacenters and energy storage.
Lead electronics and product architecture development.
Act as subject matter expert in customer projects and drive technology roadmap.
Mentor junior engineers and improve development processes and tools.
Lead research projects and coordinate EMS/production interfaces.
Ensure testing, qualification, and compliance with relevant standards.
