Job summary

INEOS is seeking a Power Distribution Planner/Scheduler to ensure non-emergency maintenance is planned and scheduled safely and efficiently. The role includes creating and managing maintenance system master data and coordinating with asset teams to maintain ISO certifications.

The ideal candidate will plan, pre-engineer, and coordinate all electrical maintenance work, develop efficient work packs, and use SAP and ProCal systems to optimize resources while maintaining KPI compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning for instrument/electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret maintenance procedures and technical information.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SHE standards are followed and safe maintenance practices implemented.
• Plan routine and preventive maintenance with proper manpower utilization.
• Produce job packages, estimates, and ensure timely procurement of parts.
• Coordinate maintenance work, monitor progress, and optimize schedules.
