Job summary

HDR is seeking a Distribution Coordinator/EIT to contribute to power system design and delivery across multiple locations in the Southwest. The role involves analyses, field work, and collaboration with engineers to develop design options and deliverables for clients.

Ideal candidates have an Engineering degree, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture. This full-time position supports projects in the Albuquerque, Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to develop power-related design options and assist with deliverables.
• Perform routine engineering tasks using standard techniques and procedures.
• Complete projects with clear objectives and limited variables.
• Work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects.
• Collaborate with Project Engineers, EITs, Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed.
• Perform field work, analyses, calculations and design for overhead/underground projects.
• Prepare client deliverables for land acquisition, permitting and construction.
