Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent technical training.
• Experience in diagnostic instrumentation and customer service.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and application support on Doble products to internal teams and clients.
• Provide training on diagnostic instruments and consultations on usage.
• Support R&D related to application and product development where appropriate.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to CSEs, clients and Engineering.
