Job summary

United Utility Services is seeking a Work Management Specialist to support online work control, help develop work packages, track status, and ensure project documentation for closeouts. The role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule integrity.

The candidate should have a strong background in scheduling, contract interpretation, and office-based support, with a focus on safety, quality, and professional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HS diploma acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in distribution operations/construction.
• Experience developing/maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Experience reading, evaluating, interpreting, and communicating provisions of contracts.
• Must have experience in planning/scheduling functions; PC proficiency with basic software.
• Strong oral and written communication and ethics; integrity and trust.

Responsibilities

• Establish office functions to support field execution.
• Primary contact with customer on work order scheduling, status, changes, closeout.
• Provide field support for work package revisions and field changes.
• Coordinate with customer for ordering and delivery of major materials.
• Coordinate with Billing for timely, accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate activities of other office personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
