Job summary

HDR is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to serve as Power Delivery Engineering Team Lead. Lead 3–5 engineers and designers on transmission, distribution, substations, and telecommunications projects, with responsibilities spanning technical leadership, staff supervision, and project oversight.

The role emphasizes quality management, business development involvement, and coordination across sections, driving excellence and client satisfaction in a complex utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and manage priorities.
• Leadership and organizational skills are essential in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise a team of approximately 3–5 engineering and design professionals.
