Job summary

Buckeye Power Sales is seeking a Generator Technician for our Power & Construction Equipment Division. The role covers preventive maintenance, start-up and warranty work on rental generators, and fleet management.

You will handle paperwork, maintain inventory, and contribute to ongoing education to stay current with technology changes. We offer a $2000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay with bonus potential, day shifts with overtime, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience with generator maintenance and repairs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rental power generation equipment.
• Perform start‑up and warranty work on rental generator equipment.
• Manage rental fleet organization, material handling, shipping and receiving.
• Safely deliver and pickup rental generator units.
• Process paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Maintain parts inventory on service trucks.
• Pursue ongoing education to stay current with technology changes.
• Tools needed for the job are owned by the employee; company tools may be provided or reimbursed.
