Job summary

Buckeye Power Sales is seeking a Generator Technician for our Power & Construction Equipment Division in Ohio. This role involves preventative maintenance, start-up and warranty work on rental generators, and managing the rental fleet.

A valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Card are required; generator experience is preferred. The company offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to meet insurance criteria for insurability.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• 21+ years of age and generator experience preferred.
• Military, EGSA, or factory certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rental power generation equipment.
• Perform start-up and warranty work on rental generator equipment.
• Manage rental fleet including organization, material handling, shipping and receiving.
• Safe delivery and pickup of rental generator units.
• Process required paperwork in a timely and complete manner.
• Responsible for parts inventory on service truck.
