Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Analytics & Reporting Co-op in Frisco, TX. You will develop Power BI dashboards, analyze training and compliance trends, and document SOPs to promote governance and sustainability of reporting processes.

You will work 40 hours per week in-person from January 4 to May 21, 2027, with mentorship and exposure to cross-functional teams across the Quality Training and Education group.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in IT, CS, Analytics, or Engineering enrolled full-time.
• Able to commit to 40 hours/week Jan–May 2027.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Power BI a plus.
• Ability to document processes and support governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards to show training compliance and business metrics.
• Analyze training and compliance trends to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Document reporting processes, workflows, and SOPs to ensure consistency and governance.
• Map data sources and define business rules for reliable reporting solutions.
• Conduct reporting governance and quality assurance to validate data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs to enhance dashboards.
