Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Frisco, TX is seeking a Winter 2027 Analytics & Reporting Co-op on the Quality Training and Education team. You will help develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze training and compliance trends, and document processes to promote governance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering or another related field.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including listening, written, and verbal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level Power BI dashboards for training, compliance, and key metrics.
• Analyze training and compliance trends to support decisions and improvements.
• Document reporting processes, SOPs, and data definitions for governance.
• Map data sources and define business rules for reliable reporting solutions.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve efficiency.
