Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Vienna, VA seeks a Business Analyst - Power BI to design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and risk reporting. You will partner with IT Risk leaders and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data visualizations and insights.

The role requires 3–5+ years of BA/data analytics experience, strong Power BI skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid, 3x-per-week onsite model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of business analysis or data analytics experience.
• 3+ years Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience with large datasets and multiple source systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and IT Risk leaders.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop data models, KPIs, and trend analyses.
• Validate data quality and ensure reporting traceability.
• Provide executive insights and recommendations to risk committees.
